AGE DETERMINATION:    The athlete’s year of birth shall determine the age division in which he/she will compete:

6 & Under                           2014
8 & Under                           2012
10 & Under                          2010
12 & Under                           2008
14 & Under                           2006
16 & Under                           2004
18 & Under                           2002

EVENT ENTRY LIMITS:    Event registrations per division grade/age will be limited to 32 Teams.
PAID entries will be the only entries counted toward these limits. Non-PAID entries will not be accepted.

ONLINE ENTRY:             Entries will only be accepted ONLINE at   Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.   NO EXCEPTIONS!!  All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.


It is the responsibility of the coach, designated person of the club, parent or athlete to make sure all athletes are registered online at  It is not the responsibility of the AAU to make sure all are completed.

ONLINE REGISTRATON:  Once an on-line team entry is accepted, no changes can be made. Upon completion of the on-line entry process, including the payment of the entry fee, all rostered athlete entries are locked and a confirmation e-mail is sent showing all athletes and events entered. The person who enters the athletes on-line assumes full responsibility for the events entered on-line. If an e-mail confirmation of an entry is not received within 24-hours, it is the responsibility of the person entering the athletes to contact the National Office.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Entry fees are per team, no substitutions allowed after submission.  All team entries must be made online.  Every athlete rostered on the team must have an AAU Membership. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.  

Please note that all athletes will receive one credential and one goodie bag.

AAU MEMBERSHIP:        All athletes and coaches must be current AAU members prior to registering online.  If you have an athlete not registered. Athlete membership is $14, non-athlete (coach) membership is $16.  Visit for more information and to register for membership.

BE PREPARED and register your coaches early!  You can no longer register for non-athlete (coach) membership onsite at the event. Background screens are conducted for all non-athletes and adult athletes. Membership is no longer instant. 

QUALIFICATION: Due to these unique circumstances, other than a valid 2020 AAU Membership, all pre-event qualifications have been waived.  Please note that a limited number of entries will be accepted into this event due to the size of the facility and social distancing requirements that will be implemented.  Therefore, entries into this event will be on a first come first served basis, with PAID entries.

All athletes must declare and PAY their entry by registering online at These are the only methods of qualification for competition in this event.    

HOUSING: The AAU makes every effort to provide the best quality experience for athletes, coaches, and families that participate in AAU events. Athletes, coaches, and families can choose from a wide variety of accommodations at various price points, and with several levels of amenities. The Local Organizing Committee has carefully selected host hotels for participants with the lowest rates available. The hotels selected for the program not only provide great rates but also the greatest convenience in regards to location and other amenities.

PACKET PICK-UP:          Important that all entries be submitted ONLINE no later than the deadline date. ENTRIES RECEIVED BEYOND THAT DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM. 

On-Site Check-In and Packet Pick-Up: Check-in for all 7on7 and Flag Football athletes and coaches participating in the AAU Junior Olympic Games will be coaches/parents only – no athletes. For additional check-in information, please visit
